SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

We want you and your pet to be happy! We will do our best in assisting you if for any reason you are not satisfied.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping options are available at check out.

Please call us if you need shipping assistance or require next day processing and delivery options.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of new, unworn, unwashed, unopened, or defective merchandise. Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt.

Please note: for health and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns of certain items (such as food, custom products, hygiene products, creams).

 

Please email us at orders@adog.co and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.  We will provide you an email with instructions within 2-3 business days of request.  We are not responsible for returns that are not reported. Please wait for shipping instructions.

Customer is responsible for shipping and handling fee for exchange shipment.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments. We strongly encourage you to place insurance on any items you send back to us.  Upon your request and our receipt of the returned products, we will issue refunds for returned products.  We will return payment, less shipping charges, to you within 30 days of your request. We will only return payments in the manner in which they were made (i.e. if you paid with a credit card, the refund would be issued back to your credit card).

We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee if these conditions are not met. We reserve the right to reject any return not postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Refunds for less than $20 are eligible for store credit only.

 

Please note that items must not be:

  • Returned unopened and in brand new, resalable condition for packaged goods with original manufacturer box. Damages or omission of this box may result in a fee.
  • Worn, used, chewed, washed, and/or altered.
  • Returned with original packaging and tags.
  • Custom orders and sale items are final and original shipping charges non-refundable.
  • Please note that if you received free shipping (orders over $75 shipped to continental US receive free shipping or free shipping promotion) on your order and later decide to return part or all of your order, we will issue refund for the items returned.
